Triton veröffentlicht Responsible Investment Report 2022/2023

London (England), 18. September 2023 – Triton Partners is pleased to announce the release of its latest annual Responsible Investment Report, which tracks the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance of Triton and its portfolio companies over the calendar year 2022.

Triton believes that ESG factors play an important role in both value creation and risk mitigation, and we build in such factors throughout our processes and our organisation. Our ESG approach is continually evolving as we seek to stay ahead of regulatory changes, market developments, and an ever-broader set of stakeholders.

The report details Triton’s latest ESG initiatives, tracks the progress made over 2022, and shows how we are stewarding our portfolio companies’ own ESG journeys. Highlights and key areas of focus from the report include:

• 100% of portfolio companies reported ESG data via Triton’s online reporting system in 2022
• 100% of Triton employees received training in 2022
• 84% of portfolio companies conducted a formal board review of their ESG performance at least twice a year, up from 78% in 2021
• Our portfolio companies’ greenhouse gas emissions were reduced by 7% versus 2021
• 100% of Triton’s Scope 1, 2 and 3 business travel emissions were again offset
• 90% of portfolio companies have at least one woman on the Board and/or in top management, up from 89% in 2021
