Stockholm (Schweden), 8 Oktober 2014 - Von Triton beratene Fonds („Triton") haben die Übernahme der Scandinavian Business Seating Group AS („SBS") abgeschlossen. SBS ist einer der führenden Hersteller von Bürositzmöbeln in Europa mit Fokus auf ergonomischen Büro- und Besprechungsstühlen in skandinavischem Design.
Scandinavian Business Seating, mit Sitz in Oslo, ist einer der führenden Anbieter für Bürositzmöbel in Skandinavien und Westeuropa.
