The company offers a broad range of services including heating and sanitation, service and maintenance, industrial services, fire protection and cooling and ventilation. NVS’s geographic footprint reflects its local customers who are spread across the Nordic region. The company’s strategy, focusing on smaller contracts, allowed NVS to run a low-risk, scalable business model and ensured greater revenue stability and visibility. Triton acquired NVS from the investment firm Segulah and Skandia.
Realisation:
