Puukeskus was acquired by Triton Fund II in August 2006

Established in 1929, Puukeskus is a leading distributor of wood-based building materials in Finland and the Baltic region. The company distributed sawn timber, wood panels, joinery products, hardwood and construction materials.

Its key customer segments span the trade and “do it yourself” sectors, including construction companies, the woodworking industry, secondary builders’ merchants and consumers. Triton acquired Puukeskus from the paper and forestry company UPK-Kymmene Oyi.

Realisation:

Triton sold Puukeskus to Starkki in March 2014.
